Using Litewards
Litewards is an evolving AI workflow product. You must provide accurate information, keep control of your sign-in account, and use the site lawfully. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account at this stage.
Beta access and downloads
Beta access, features, and the Windows installer may change, be delayed, or be withdrawn. To request beta access, you must sign in with Google or GitHub so the request can be linked to your Litewards account. Early access is not a promise of a particular feature, model, performance level, or release date. Only download installers from links published by Litewards.
Litewards Desktop app
The Litewards Desktop app is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms, Litewards grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you control for lawful internal use.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass security, or use the app to build a competing product, except where applicable law or an open-source license gives you a right that cannot be waived.
The app may access local conversations, settings, and selected files that are stored on your device. You are responsible for choosing files, granting permissions, making backups, and deleting local data. Local storage does not guarantee recovery if your device, account, or local profile is damaged.
Providers, content, and credentials
Depending on the connection you choose, selected prompts, files, or provider credentials may be sent to the relevant third-party provider to complete a request. You are responsible for provider accounts, API keys, permissions, and provider terms. Do not send content or credentials you are not authorized to use.
You keep the rights you have in content you submit. You grant Litewards only the limited permission needed to process that content to provide the requested workflow, operate the app, maintain security, and respond to support or deletion requests.
Updates and third-party components
Updates may change, disable, or remove features, alter system requirements, or end support for an older build. Installers and updates should come only from links published by Litewards. Third-party and open-source components may have separate notices and licenses; those terms govern the applicable component.
AI output and third-party services
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a high-stakes decision. Review it before relying on it. When you connect a third-party model or sign-in provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply.
Support payments
Support on this site is currently a voluntary one-time UPI transfer. No recurring or monthly payment is created here. If a payment issue needs attention, contact Litewards with the transaction reference; your bank or UPI app remains the payment record.
Referral future credit
Each qualifying referral is fixed at $0.50 (50-cent) future Litewards credit. It is non-cash, non-transferable, has no cash substitute, and cannot be sold or transferred. The Ultra plan is not live, so this credit is not currently redeemable.
A referral requires a verified account, a seven-day hold, a later authenticated session, and server-verified Litewards desktop usage once that system is available. There is one reward per new account.
A rolling 30-day cap of 10 qualified referrals applies. Suspected self-referrals, existing-account claims, cap avoidance, or other fraud may be rejected, withheld, reversed, or sent for manual review.
Account deletion removes and cancels pending or earned referral credits linked to that account.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, attack, reverse engineer, impersonate, or interfere with Litewards, its providers, or other users. Do not use it to break the law or to make decisions where an error could seriously harm someone without qualified human review.
Availability and liability
The beta is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Litewards is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the beta. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions about these terms can be sent through Instagram or Discord. We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply where permitted by law.
